7/30/2009 - Weekend In Black Mountain, NC!
Howdy Friends,
We want to thank everyone for showing their support at The Knothole last weekend for our friend Jane Medler who is currently battling breast cancer. We had a great turnout and a lot of fun playing this benefit. We love ya Jane!
This weekend we will be traveling to Black Mountain NC near Asheville. Black Mountain is a cozy getaway with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Friday night the Bill Noonan Band will be playing at The Town Pump and our maestro Mike Bader will be sitting in with him on bass! Then South85 takes the stage Saturday evening there for our first time at the Pump. We are very excited and will have our friend Luke Edwards (formerly of Tater) opening up on acoustic with some brand new songs! It is going to be a rockin weekend. We hope you will join us all for the fun! If you need a place to stay, check out the Super 8 nearby!
